Who we are

Livesistance is a product of Callsistance, operated by RFJ Partners LLC, Fort Worth, Texas. You can reach us at info@callsistance.com or 817-900-9195.

Information we collect

From visitors to this website. If you fill in our early access form we collect your name, dealership, email address, any phone number you provide, and the option you choose. Our hosting and analytics providers also record standard technical information such as IP address, browser type and pages visited.

Livesistance is not available yet. Before it launches, we will update this policy to explain how live conversation recordings are captured, used and kept.

How we use it

We use early access information only to reply to you, to let you know when Livesistance is ready, and to discuss whether it fits your dealership. We do not sell it and we do not add you to a marketing list without your consent.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of third-party service providers to host this website and send email. Each is bound to use the information only to provide that service to us. We do not sell personal information.

How long we keep it

Early access requests are kept for as long as we may reasonably need them to follow up and to let you know when Livesistance launches.

Your choices

If you would like to know what information we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted, email info@callsistance.com.

Security

This website uses encrypted connections, and access to early access requests is limited to our team. No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise.
